IronPathGame provides a gaming platform that includes browser and mobile games in development, related content, and community features. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis during the development phase.

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you post, upload, or transmit through the Service ("User Content"). However, by posting, uploading, or transmitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such User Content throughout the world in any media.

  • WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF THE SERVICE
  • WARRANTIES THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS
  • WARRANTIES REGARDING THE SECURITY OF YOUR INFORMATION
  • WARRANTIES REGARDING THE QUALITY, SAFETY, OR LEGALITY OF ANY CONTENT OR SERVICES PROVIDED

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IRONPATHGAME, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE
  • BUSINESS INTERRUPTION OR LOSS OF BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES
  • PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE
  • COSTS OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES
  • UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED POUNDS STERLING (£100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST SIX MONTHS FOR THE SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless IronPathGame, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

  • Your access to or use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any rights of another
  • Your User Content or conduct
  • Any claim that your use of the Service caused damage to a third party

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Violation of applicable laws or regulations
  • Request by law enforcement or government agencies
  • Discontinuation or modification of the Service
  • Technical or security issues

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and we may delete your account and any related content. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in London, United Kingdom, for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and IronPathGame regarding the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, whether oral or written. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by an authorized representative of IronPathGame.

  • The Service may be unavailable during maintenance or development
  • Your feedback and suggestions may be incorporated into the final product
  • There is no guarantee of a final release or commercial availability
